Not quite origami
I got this as an email quite a while ago, but just today someone (thanks Kieran) passed on a link to Peter Callesen’s actual website.
I reckon most people have probably seen this by now (I am notoriously late getting on bandwagons) but it’s worth posting because it is so good. It’s really quite amazing.
I think what makes it great is the paper, that is essential the waste product of the sculpture, is carefully included in some way.
